There are many companies who wants H1 candidates and there are lot of companies who process H1 visa every year. 80% of the Indian Consulting companies (excluding the top Indian players) are venturing into this field since this is an area where an employer can easily cheat 'employees'.
Before choosing and joining a company in US on H1 visa please take care that you are joning a professional organization. In US to start a Consulting company is so easy. Most of this companies won't have direct clients.
I heard that http://tadconsultancy.com/ is one of the top cheating, unprofessional company operated from North Brunswick New Jersey.
My friend gave $3000 for H1B processing and when he went for Interview @ US Consulate Chennai then the officer informed him that zebusystemsinc has been black listed since USCIS received many complaints through DLO (deplartment of labor) against this company for exploiting employees and denied his visa. Now he is fighting with Chitra (her husband is the company owner) of Zebusystems for getting his money back. But no way; Sitting in India what he can do?

There are so many unethical consulting companies who cheat Indian talents and ironically these are Indian comapnies operated from US.

I went through your note but could n't get the link between Tadconsultancy and Zebussystems. Why not your friend contact tadconsultany in India and solve the matter. Also fill your profile, now it is showing as test.

The reason why he does not show test their identity is because he is lying entirely about Zebu Systems. Tell me where you got this information becuse it is all a lie. We were the ones cheated by the consultants and are living with the loss.
